For brunch, it’s all of Dad’s favorites including our Border Grill
Beefeater Steak and Crunchy Fried Egg, Huevos Rancheros, Grilled
Guajillo Shrimp and Pineapple, and our cumin glazed Baby Back Ribs. For
dinner, it’s our Dungeness Crab Tamal, Red Roasted Chicken, and Border
Mixed Grill, including grilled hanger steak, cumin baby back ribs, and
tamarind lamb chops served with poblano mashed potatoes and limed
spinach. To top it all off, treat Dad to Kahlua Flan or a Roasted
Nectarine Tart.
